Radiator Forever is a new ongoing re-remaster / re-re-release of my short experimental gay games. I'm putting them all in one collection / package!... Or at least, that's the idea.
You can play it on Steam or on Itch, but use those direct links because it's hidden from Steam search for most users and it's even geoblocked in certain countries. (For step-by-step instructions to unhide the game, or to check whether you're on the geoblock list, see the main Radiator website.)
The first major update of this new era is Rinse And Repeat, my shower simulator game that I've never released on Steam... until now.
In this post I talk about the new release model, internet censorship hell, what's new with the games, and a rough roadmap for future updates...
This is the start of a new GaaS (Gay as a Service) release model for Radiator. I first released Radiator 2 back in 2016, so this shift has been about 10 years in the making. I now plan to update this game every 1-12 months with new chapters.
Everyone at NYU Game Center mocked me for putting all my gay games in one Unity project folder. Now I can finally reveal my grand 10 year plan: sub-projecting means I can seamlessly bundle all my games past present and future together into one mega release! Take that, Bennett Foddy!!
Steam storefront meta also incentivizes consolidation. Valve charges a $100 fee for every app ID, and there's also a pretty painful time cost to configuring / updating store pages and depots. It just makes more sense to combine many small games into all-in-one collections like Last Call BBS, UFO 50, or CorgiSpace.

I'm also updating my Steam presence due to recent changes with Itch.
Collective Shout / Visa / Mastercard / Stripe's anti-sexuality censorship campaign in 2025 forced Itch to delist / bury many NSFW games to avoid getting cut-off from virtually all online payment processing. Additionally, the much-criticized UK Online Safety Act has forced Itch to geoblock the UK rather than risk expensive, intrusive, and ineffective compliance with a bad law. Overall the situation is still pretty fragile, and the coming tide of anti-anonymity laws (masquerading as teen social media safety laws) is going to make it all even more expensive for websites to serve their users.
Of course I will continue using and supporting Itch as a much-needed alternative to Steam, but the cold fact is that Itch reaches a lot fewer people these days. So it's time for me to go crawling back to Steam.
Unfortunately Valve has tagged my game as "frequent nudity and sexual content" and now hides it from most Steam users. To discover my game in Steam, you must change your preferences to enable Frequent content. (If you fear a hentai game onslaught, rest assured Steam happily buries 99.9% of horny games, just like any other indie game.)
Since no one changes their default settings, this amounts to a delisting / shadowban from 99% of the Steam user base. While I was careful to avoid explicit nudity, compliance-in-advance is never enough to appease a zealous censor, and the Steam content reviewers have decided the game's general "nature" was just too gay, regardless of my good faith efforts. And as shown by Santa Ragione's frustrating experiences with Valve's zero-appeal rejection of Horses, Valve isn't interested in a nuanced conversation or in admitting any wrongs in moral judgment.
If video games are a form of protected free speech, I do wish there was a bit more hand-wringing over blocking access to my games that were designed directly to be political speech. Instead, no video games are allowed the luxury of free expression except for the AAA blockbusters! Valve loves it when Cyberpunk 2077 and Baldur's Gate 3 throw customizable genitals at you in the first five minutes, but of course I can't, because I actually have something to say about genitals!
OK now I'll finally talk about the games.
Hurt Me Plenty, Succulent, and Stick Shift have all had minimal changes. When I brought them over from a 10 year old version of Unity, I was surprised that they still basically worked. I added a bit more decoration to the background in Hurt Me Plenty, but that's pretty much it.
Rinse and Repeat now has much simpler controls. It used to have a hybrid 2D/3D cursor system left over from the initial 2015 design when I planned VR controls. Since then I've canceled all VR plans, so now it's a much more basic and typical first person game implementation.
Maybe the biggest change is actually the main menu, pictured above. There's now a % completion tracker to help you remember your progress in each segment, as well as a smart little "NEW!" tag to highlight fresh games.
In future updates, many of my prior gay games will finally get their Steam debut:
The Tearoom is a historical bathroom simulator. It's probably the second most popular of my gay games, after Rinse and Repeat. However it needs a similar controls revamp and streamlining. Maybe in October 2026?
Hard Lads, Logjam, and Rainbows Are Carnivores seem fairly straightforward to bring over.
Cobra Club unfortunately needs a fairly big redesign. The controls aren't gamepad friendly, the online features aren't maintenance friendly, the chat system isn't localization friendly, and the politics weren't reality friendly. I've done about half of this redesign work but it needs more, so this one will take a while. Probably 2027 or even 2028.
I'm pretty excited about a few completely new games in the pipeline:
Pool Day is a sunny skinny dipping simulator. I made it as an homage to David Hockney's swimming pool paintings. It's basically done, I just need to test it a bit more and polish the ending. Aiming for sometime soon, maybe August 2026? Just to make sure the collection has something truly new and fresh.
Two Body Problem is a gay hockey romance. It's about 69% done, with much of the core gameplay finalized. I just have to write the rest of the cutscenes and find voice actors. Aiming for a 2027 release here, probably coinciding with season 2 of Heated Rivalry for maximum synergy.
Thanks everyone for your support over these past 10 years.
I reckon I got at least 10 more in me?
Keep it gay, gamers.
Radiator Forever is free and available (sort of) on Steam and on Itch.io, but use those direct links, because it's probably hidden from Steam search. For full instructions on unhiding search / the geoblock list, see the main Radiator website.
